European Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms Elisa Ferreira is on a three-day visit to Greece. The Commissioner will visit Athens, Patras, Megalopolis and Tripoli to see how Cohesion Policy is supporting these regions and, in particular, how the Just Transition Fund is helping them transition to a net-zero emission economy in a fair and inclusive manner.
On Thursday, at 17:00, Ferreira will meet in Athens with the Greek Minister of Economy and Finance Kostis Hatzidakis, with whom she will discuss the opportunities and challenges of political cohesion in Greece.
